Owner Susan E. Hanley has been preparing tax returns and doing tax planning since 1985, and has been an Enrolled Agent since 1999. An Enrolled Agent has passed a rigorous tax examination and is licensed to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service.

To maintain their expertise in taxation, Enrolled Agents are required to complete an average of 24 hours per year of IRS‐approved continuing professional education in Federal tax matters. Susan completes an average of at least 40 hours per year of Federal and California education.

Susan also is proficient in bookkeeping, payroll, bill paying, financial organizing, and preparing fiduciary accounting reports and trust funding plans for trusts and estates.
